New Moon

  New Moon Over Phoenix

ONEG – New Moon, New Month.

We start with FOOD at 6 pm Friday, August 2nd.  It’s an ONEG event as we

celebrate Rosh Chodesh, the beginning of the month Av.  We will leave the deeper history of Av aside for the time being, and focus on He who is the Master of all new beginnings.  It’s a fun, food, fellowship event, so bring a dish to share with others if you are planning to be with us for our meal. Just after sundown, we will be looking to spot the new moon, heralding the beginning of Av.  As always, if you plan to participate, be sure to bring a dish to share with several others.  Thx!

WORSHIP — Celebrate and Commemorate 19 Years

Jack and Sandie Zimmerman

Then as we worship the Lord together in our Friday evening service, we will celebrate more than 19 Faithful

and Prayerful Years leading Tree of Life Congregation, as Rabbi Jack and Rebbetzin Sandie retire from ministry at ToL, so Jack may focus on full-time evangelism ministry at Jewish Voice.  It will be a time of celebration and memories, and the passing of the mantle to Associate Rabbi Joshua Morris and Rebbetzin Jenny.  We anticipate a high attendance, and we hope you will be with us.

            Great Sweets & Treats!

FELLOWSHIP & NOSH

A nosh of finger foods, sweets and treats will follow our evening service, as we fellowship together and visit with Rabbi Jack and Sandie.

“And He who sits on the throne said, ‘Behold, I am making all things new.’”  (Revelation 21:5)

Let us celebrate New Beginnings!
